Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MetisPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you use MetisPilot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration and integration information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must use Google sign-in, Microsoft sign-in, WhatsApp integration, and other connected services only in accordance with applicable platform rules and applicable law.

Permitted use

MetisPilot may be used only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements, including Meta, Google, Microsoft, and any communication or anti-spam rules that apply to your use case.

You may not use MetisPilot to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, infringing, or unsolicited messages.

You may not upload or process data through MetisPilot unless you have the rights, notices, and lawful basis needed to do so.

You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape the service, or reverse engineer protected portions of the platform except where prohibited by law.

Third-party integrations

MetisPilot may interoperate with Meta WhatsApp services, Google services, Microsoft services, and other third-party providers. Your use of those integrations may be subject to separate third-party terms, policies, and technical restrictions.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, acts, or omissions of third-party services. If a third-party provider suspends, changes, or limits its APIs or platform rules, MetisPilot may also need to limit or modify related functionality.

WhatsApp and messaging compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any legally required opt-in, consent, or notice before sending messages through WhatsApp or other messaging channels.

You must not use MetisPilot to send prohibited content, evade platform enforcement, or breach Meta’s messaging and business policies.

You are responsible for recipient lists, message templates, contact data, campaign timing, and the legal basis for any outreach you conduct.

Google and Microsoft OAuth use

When you connect Google or Microsoft accounts, you authorize MetisPilot to access the scopes you approve. You remain responsible for the connected account, for all actions taken through the integration, and for disconnecting the integration if you no longer want MetisPilot to have access.

Customer data

As between you and MetisPilot, you retain ownership of the data you submit to the service. You grant MetisPilot a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that data only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.

Fees and changes

Some features may require a paid plan or may be subject to usage limits. We may change features, pricing, plans, or technical requirements from time to time. We may also add, remove, or modify functionality in response to legal, security, or platform dependency changes.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using MetisPilot at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users, violated third-party platform rules, or used the service unlawfully.

We may remove or disable integrations, accounts, or content where necessary to comply with legal obligations, security requirements, or third-party platform demands.

Disclaimers

MetisPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case, or that third-party integrations will remain continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetisPilot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts paid by you to MetisPilot in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MetisPilot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, your messaging activity, your integration usage, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of MetisPilot after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
